  3. Phó

2 32 oz cans of Swanson beef broth
    1 lbs neck bone
1 1/2 lbs of any thick steak(at least a inch and a half thick)
    Soy sauce
    Fish sauce
    Sirachi sauce
    Teriyaki sauce
    Half white onion thinly sliced
    Green onion chopped
    Fresh basil
    Half pound beansprouts
    2 large limes
    Rice noodles
    Jalapenos sliced

Pour beef broth in pot with bones, add onions, bring to boil then let simmer for about a hour. Add aboutva cup or so of water if it starts reducing. Remove bones from broth let it simmer add green onions and about 2 table spoons of fish aside and 2 tbsp of soy, taste to make sure just right. Trick to cut meat thin is to have it semi frozen and a good knife. While waiting for broth cut meat as thin as possible(watch your fingers please). In another pot bring some water to boil for rice noodles.

Plate basil, beans sprouts, jalapenos and limes in a large dish

Cook rice noodles as per instructions, should only be a few minutes. Thendrain.Place abouta third of a bowl of noodles in each bowl. Add broth then add the meat. Add the veggies and lime juice. Serve with teriyaki sauce and sirachi sauce. Add more soy or fish sauce for taste and enjoy.

I know it maybe expensive at first but that's because you probably don't have all the required sauces. But I promise it should be cheaper the second and third time.
